The io I was waiting for finally arrived (sorry earth for all the pollution created in transport just to satisfy corporate greed and feed a few more Chinese citizens) This is a firewire connected mix input output. It is a nice compact unit the size of a thick book. Easy 8 in and out plus adat inputs to raise the number more than twofold. next task for me is to optimize my Sonar platform (a questionable mission on a business machine Dell 4700)
