DubStep
It started with the song, and the thought of trying a dubstep track, but with my sound. I recall going into it thinking the bass wobble could sound like a machine breaking down. After listening to an early mix, I visualized a scene in space with a guy in a mech suit that is breaking down. These ideas then shaped the song, which then inspired me to write a short story for the song.

Electronica
Happy solstice! This song blends the genres of electro, electronica, funk, and reggae, with a jazzy, almost playful synth dancing about as the lead. This was the first track done on hardware in 5 years. It is quite a different experience than sitting at the screen with the whole song in front of you.

Abstract Ambient
an organic free-form sound wash generated through the feedback loop between a man and a synthesizer

Ambient
An uplifting ambient piece that was built from cut up samples of bass harmonics, mixed with heavy percussion and a self similar recursive layering of synthesizers. The higher melody is also being played by the other synths, but scaled down in time so each note is played longer at each layer. One of these synth lines takes the melody and extends it across the whole length of the song. I hope you enjoy it!

Electronic Dub
An electronic dub track with a serious amount of low end. This may not sound good on earbuds, you should blast this on a system with a sub woofer. The track focuses on a laidback breaks style beat, textural background sounds, as well as a subtle bassline - with very few melodic elements. Because of this, it is more of a chillout / ambient piece, more for the background. Enjoy!

Breakbeat
A somewhat slow breaks track that runs along at 117BPM that is quite heavy with bass, synth lines, and a solid beat.

Electronica
a short track presenting what happens when an 80's electro vibe runs into a festive parade of brass and tabla drums.

A remix of a track called "Wrong Leg, Sucker (How To Spell Funk)" originally by "A Bit Crusher" Artistserver.com/abitcrusher - orig song:

DownTempo
A sly spy/detective sounding track which gives the impression someone is sneaking around, taking care of business... doing damage control.

Ambient House
This is a remix of P9FM's track "Ahh Lucy" - it's a bit mellow, and could use some melodic element, but still works on it's own. Enjoy :)

Electronica
This piece blends a reggae bassline, breakbeats, synths and a chanting monk to create something that sounds a bit inspired by Shpongle. Check wikipedia to learn about the Noosphere.

Instrumental Rock
A catchy tune based on an a funky groovy progression. You may find your head rocking out to the song... if this happens, don't worry - go with it, and soon, you'll be on your feet doing some kind of wiggly side to side dance.

Electronic Dub
An ambient dub track with filtered percussion that adds a nice backdrop for the underwater tones that drip up like bubbles of air.

Instrumental Rock
This is one of those songs that has sat around unfinished for more than a year. Every few months, I'd pull it out, make some edits, record some new parts, then save it away. Finally... it's here for you to check out... OMG... yes, it's true, it's "That Scat Song" - the song you've been waiting for. Click it on, sing along, it's That Scat Song.

Funk
This track started out going in a completely different direction - it had a very loud, dark sound. After a few listens, I deleted everything in the song but the drums and started over. Brillman, who hangs out here asked me where my funk went, this is the answer :)

Minimal Experimental
This piece can be described in three words: minimal glitch dub. It's built from glitch noises, a virtual synth, and a few drum samples drenched in reverb with some delay effects here and there. The piece doesn't have much to the structure, it's more of a texture with slight changes. This piece was inspired by the music of "Pole" which I just started listening to earlier this year.

Electronic Dub
a blending of breaks and reggae with an upbeat tempo. Get up and move!

Jungle
Gentle Jones serves up another rich mixture of issues, intelligence, humor and truth. I supported it whith a thick bass, a hip hop groove and Jungle breaks.
