Artist/Band Profile: Solo project by Gaynor Thomas. Kit drummer and percussionist for 22 years. After 2 years of producing the 'Karmashen' solo electronica project started in 2000, the more subtle sounds of 'Gainer' was born.

Music Style: Enjoy doing a combination of acoustic drums sounds with electronic beats. Melodically sitting somewhere in electronica, with rhythmic influences of IDM.

Influences: In making no claims to what I sound like.. I respect Amon Tobin, John Carpenter, Squarepusher, Buddy Rich.

Studio / Music Equipment: PC running cubase sx and various other software, korg D8, yamaha dtx trigger pad kit, behringer modulizer pro, behringer pre amp compressor, yahamha keyboards, tama swingstar drum kit and various latin percussion.
