How is it that we are blinded by light when we can see in darkness, we're looking for reasons and stories untold,
sometimes to no avail,
the wind blows,
blows so cold,
touched by it's claws,
bitten by envy,
hidden by shynes,
i fondle through memories.
Memories of lonliness are never told, forgotten, begrudged, the moments of joy, so short of time in this heap of wilderness we struggle through, the sadness drips like wax, hardens the soul, soothens the spirit, telling the tale echoed in elegance, unleft for these wishes, these kisses so rich, so pure, these moods so numb, so soft, the touch of blindness, yet love sees through it all.
