Review: Wow a very experimental assemblage of beats and tones, cleverly put together with the aid of an interesting metallic ringing effect. Aliens with steel drums! Somehow very relaxing, despite the manifest jerkiness. A fascinating listen.

Review: nice mellow begining is followed by very percussive beat that seems to be highly cutoff. The texture of this sound has a nice depth to it. This is one of those songs you can actually "feel"--beyond feeling the beat. The textures are so well defined that there are "ridges" to the sound. A very well placed song in the abstract genre as it teeters (bounces) in and out of melodics and pure beated abstraction. Seemly at first the beats seems to be random and at times even anti-rhythmic, but after another listen or two, you find that there is more of a progression to it overall. A good example of abstract-ambient as it relies heavily on texture, which to me is a very important feature of abstract music. WM
