This one reminds of of FSOL, but in a good non-plagiative way. Maybe it's because it puts me on a remote Pacific island. I like the juxtaposition of dry beats and spheric sounds.

Nice lush pad at the intro, my kind of sound:) The beat that comes in is nice too in a beefy kind of phat agressive way, interesting combination. Quite industrial, heavy electronic stabs, nice. A nice take on the IDM slant, not quite "Warp" sounding, (not a bad thing), but suffiently bouncy and leftfield to be definately IDM.
Nice audio field, getting more the second time around, picking up more layers, nice flutes and little subtle effects spaced here and there.
I'm not getting any strong images from this track, which is interesting, which isn't to say I dislike it, on the contrary, I think this track is excellent, I think it needs to mature a little on my hard drive. There is a lot of content to digest here, rich layers and textural.
