The song 'Floralis REMIX' from the album 'Compilation Promo CD 01 Part 01' by Lakeland Records Limited is now available for listening or purchase. Floralis is the contraction of two Latin words 'flora' and 'solaris' which means flower and sun. It's a chill-out track made from a blend of acoustic guitar and electronics... Enjoy the music !

Title: Northcape update- new track upload, forthcoming album.

Blog Post By: Northcape |
Hi, I haven't been around here for a while but I've just uploaded a new track! Its called 'Sun clears the mind' and is a simple piece of chilled breakbeat with a nice processed vocal sample. Although Northcape definitely has some IDM influences, unlike many of the artists here I dont do huge amounts of IDM-type manipulation but aim to keep it quite simple and hopefully effective to express how I'm feeling at the time... anyway you can judge if thats true for yourself! The album has been in the works for about a 18 months, although one track dates back to mid 2000! I already have one review: Every once in a while an artist taps into a nerve center awakening long forgotten memories of joy, peace and wonder. Welcome to Planet Bliss! The debut album from Planet Bliss, Electronic Somewhere captures the very essence of tranquility in an "other-worldly&quo
