I started with the idea of making an abstract electronic piece, but on the way old German school influences slipped in. All Krakli synths. Actual song length is 20:18 but that does not fit in the song heading format. Moreover, I found that when streaming this song it stops before the end. Has anyone noticed the same? It should really last over 20 minutes! Credits: Jur Vogelzang

It started as another exercise with Krakli synths. It sounded a bit ... amphibolic - and then the idea of the "rocks" series was born. It will consist of three of more songs, each with its own style and atmosphere, and all 18 - 20 minutes long. Credits: Jur Vogelzang

Date of Birth: 12/06/1955 Gender: Male Marital Status: Married Children: Yes Education: Post grad Artist/Band Profile: My first major musical experience was a free Pink Floyd concert in 1970. The second one was hearing Tangerine Dream's Phaedra four years later. The last one was hearing various internet artists in the 1990's. Sometimes I thought "I could do that too", and more often "I'll never be able to reach that level". Here are a few of my songs made on the PC (I don't play any instruments), I hope some of you enjoy it. Music Style: Electronic, I guess Influences: The German Giants: Tangerine Dream, Klaus Schulze, and Pete Namlook. Further a lot of internet artists a.o. Wintermute and Icotec. I started making music in 2000 after having discovered mp3.com. Studio / Music Equipment: Home PC with Magix Music Studio and various freeware synths and effects.
