This is a much smoother-sounding track than I expected (after hearing Eprom Baby) from MKT. With a decidedly 'more-polished' kind of production, "Jesus Mixed" is a perfect counterpoint. This is a laid-back groove that almost reminds me of LittleWing in parts...very melodic & organic. The understated 'vocal' that enters at around 1:00 is placed expertly, really grabbing your attention without having to be all 'in-your-face' about it. Half way through this track, a 'flute' sound is introduced that will blow your socks off you ass! MKT really seem to understand that sometimes you can get the most profound response from the most subtle sounds. All in all (while decidedly different from the last track), this is definitely worth the dowmload time. I would really like to hear more.

Nice old-school track with a Prototype909 mentality. As always, it warms my heart to hear actual programmers...especially in a 'live' setting. Hell, it's just refreshing to hear a group who can actually preform their tracks 'live', not just stand around looking busy/cool on stage. Electronic music is obviously about production, but what about the preformance? MKT realizes that there's something more genuine, more interesting, even more hardcore about going the extra mile and being more like 'musicians' than just a couple of stoners riding their laptops into obscurity. I digress...This track is hard & driving & very well executed. I don't want the 'means' to over-shadow the 'ends' here, but it's just so nice not to hear people not hiding behind their software collection. Not to be forgotten is the driving/swarming synth-work and expertly placed vocal stabs. This would truly be a great dancefloor track. A lot of peolpe could learn a few things (about balls, if nothing else) from these guys. Great Job! ---BellHopDrag

Immediately, I feel a Kruder & Dorfmeister vibe, but much more sterile. That is not a bad thing, mind you. The "flute-ish" synth is amazing, setting off a weird king of nostalgia thing (with me). Borrowing all of the 'best' aspects of the better IDM and combining them with an undeniable emotion, Intelli Gen out-does himself on this one. Melodic & serene, peaceful and repentant...this is a song for late-night chill-sessions and deep voyaging.

This sounds like PLAID. Encompassing the ultra-synthetic aspects of IDM with pseudo trip-hop percussion, this track comes across as professional-sounding as much of the stuff 'out there' today. Dreamy & electronic, textured & emotional...This is truly a beautiful piece of music. The kind of "subdued" programming is genious, letting the song take it's time and sort of 'sink-in' as it gradually takes over. This will run through your head like it owns you. Absolutely outstanding!---BellHopDrag

This starts off with a strong, driving beat that is very promising, but then it just 'peters-the-hell-out'. I, personally love the "robots in disguise" sample...It's a great concept, but it goes absolutely nowhere...quickly. Just as it starts to get interesting ,with the introduction of the 'guitar-ish' synth at about 1:26, it just ends. If given more time to unfold this could be a motherfucker, but it's just not there yet (IMHO).This has definite potential, but (honestly) it's not even a song yet. ---BellHopDrag
