vulcanized funk with subtle treatments and clever choices of complementing and contrasting sounds and timbres that set it apart from what might have just been a gimmick. intentionally or not i get hits of les paul, bunny hoover, and even, dare i say it, leroy anderson. the residents on hydrocarbons. nino rota on entheogens.
