Excellent follow up to the last track. More Techno but this time more busy and counter/polyrythmic and decidely less dark. Also less synth sounds overall, iow more percussive. No less of a groove though as i'm sure you'll hear if you play it loud enough. See my review.

Lounge


One of my favourite tracks by FreeZ at present. So much emotion and such a beautiful saxophone melody, could have sworn it was th real thing but knowing this guy, probably not! Listen to that acoustic bass & piano, succulently sad yet lovely phrasing. A must have if you like your lounge, laidback and jazzy.

IDM


When this came out it received a lot of very positive reviews (mine for one) and was riding high in the IDM charts. The beauty of this track is the combination of an unusual structure, contrasting sounds & beautiful melodies. A classic electronic track in my book. Have never gotten fed up with “In Flux”. It builds very nicely and the 2nd melody at 3:37 just brings tears to my eyes and heart. Blissfully sad.....
